Securely hashed passwords
User passwords are stored as secure one-way hashes, never in plain text.

BAAs are available for customers who handle protected health information. Ask us for one during your pilot or at signup.
Role-based access and approval gates
Each user sees only what their role allows. Office, dispatch, billing, drivers, and hospice or facility portal users get different permissions, and orders above an agency’s threshold are held at an approval gate until a named approver signs off.
